Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated depending on the weight of the packages. The weight of each item can be found on the product page in the Additional data tab. After placing the products into the shopping basket the system automatically calculates and displays the shipping cost on the Checkout page, furthermore it can be also calculated on the Cart page after specifying the required address details.
International shipping costs
The ordered items will be shipped with GLS and UPS carriers in Europe and worldwide.
Incoterms parity:
- Shipments within EU: CPT
- Shipments worldwide: DAP - you may need to pay VAT, customs and customs clearance fee during delivery, which is not included in the price

UPS Export shipping
We provide worldwide shipping via UPS. Our customers may choose from UPS Express (faster) and UPS Standard (more economical, only in Europe) options. The shipping cost at UPS is depending on weight and totals, therefore the actual shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page next to the shipping options or may be calculated on the shopping cart page in the shipping costs calculator.
UPS collection can be ordered every day until 13:00, therefore orders placed after 12:30 might not be shipped the same day.

Shipping fees in Hungary
For orders placed online, the cheapest shipping option to Hungary is provided for free over 50 000 Ft cart subtotal including VAT.

In case the order is placed and financially settled until 15:00 CET/CEST, the Provider hands over all "In Stock" items to GLS on the same day. The expected lead time of items those are available from external stocks can be found on the product pages (for example: 1-3 workdays). The Provider may provide accurate information via e-mail after the Customer places the order.
If a Customer submits more orders on the same day the delivery fee is considered separately for each order and only those orders will be delivered for free which reach the amount needed to qualify for free delivery. If Customer reports this when submitting the second order and Provider confirms that it is possible, Provider will merge the orders. The orders that are already shipped cannot be merged afterwards. Provider reserves the right to modify delivery charges at the time the modification is updated on the Webpage. The update does not modify the delivery fee for those products which were already ordered.
After taking over the product from the courier and after the take-over certificate is signed, the quantity and quality takeover takes place, which means that Customer cannot make a complaint to Provider concerning quantity and quality. By signing the delivery certificate Customer accepts that the package corresponds with the order concerning its shape and content (content of the package and the product is not incomplete or damaged). If Customer discovers damage on the package or the product during takeover, a written report needs to be prepared in the presence of the courier. If the package or the product has been damaged before takeover, Provider makes sure to take back the product for free. Provider is not responsible for any damages reported after the takeover.
Customer also can take over the product at Provider’s location (Paprika u. 25, 6500 Baja, Hungary). Provider will inform Customer about the earliest possible time of the takeover.
